This cup was hand thrown and trimmed on my potter's wheel using a white stoneware clay. It was then bisque fired and then painted with a rich matte turquoise glaze on the outside and a shiny white glaze on the inside. It was then fired to cone 6 in my electric kiln. 

Approximate sizes: 4.25" wide across the top and 3" tall, holds one cup (9 ounces) of liquid.
